Terms of Service

1. Scope of the Service

TaxSea is a tourist sea shuttle service connecting the main piers of the Bari waterfront: Molo San Nicola, Molo Margherita, Molo Giannella and Molo San Antonio. The service runs from May to October, every day from 9:00 to 20:00, with departures every 30 minutes.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made through the following channels:

• Website - via the booking form on taxsea.it
• WhatsApp - by sending a message to +39 377 394 4690
• QR code - by scanning the code displayed at the piers
• Directly at the pier - by showing up at the departure point

A booking becomes effective once confirmed by TaxSea via WhatsApp, or at the moment of boarding.

3. Fares and Payment

Fares are as follows:

• Base fare (up to 10 minutes) - €3 per person
• 12-minute crossing - €4 per person
• 15-20 minute crossing - €5 per person
• Children under 5 - Free

Payment is made in cash directly on board the gozzo. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes to bookings can be made as follows:

• At least 2 hours before the scheduled departure - free cancellation
• Less than 2 hours before - a 50% fee may apply
• No-show - the full amount is charged

5. Liability

TaxSea undertakes to provide a safe and punctual service. However:

• The service may be suspended in case of adverse weather conditions for safety reasons
• TaxSea is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions or technical problems
• Passengers must follow the crew's instructions for safety on board
• TaxSea is not liable for damage to personal belongings during the crossing

6. Safety on Board

For the safety of all passengers:

• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when requested by the crew
• Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult
• Boarding while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted
• Smoking on board is prohibited
• Throwing objects into the sea is prohibited

7. Intellectual Property

All content on taxsea.it, including texts, images, logos, trademarks and design, is owned by TaxSea and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or modification without authorisation is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you accept the conditions set out therein.

9.Changes to the Terms

TaxSea reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the last updated date.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. The Court of Bari shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
